Enjoy Your Pomegranates for 7 months a year. They ripen at different rates, over a long harvest season. Plus they store better than any fruit we know of. Just keep them in a cool dark place, or refrigerate them. Kazake Pomegranates are quite resistant to the bruising and discoloration that often is a problem with Pomegranates.
